Welcome!

My roots run deep in agriculture! I have been blessed to grow up on the ranch and in the western way of life with my family in Brackettville, Texas. I grew up barrel racing, roping, playing sports, and being involved in 4-H and FFA. My favorite mornings growing up were spent horseback at sunrise with a Dr Pepper in hand. My biggest influence in my life has been my mom and I am so lucky to have spent so much time on the ranch with her. Her influence in my life is a huge reason I am so passionate about women in agriculture!

I graduated from Tarleton State University in May of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Services and Development. While I was at Tarleton, I was blessed to be elected Student Body President. It was a true honor to serve the students at Tarleton during that time.

Following my time at Tarleton, I attended Texas A&M University to pursue a Masters of Public Service and Administration. After graduation in May of 2022, I made my way to Fort Worth.

It was then time to get my first “big girl” job and I landed in beef education and focused on working with the next generation of cattle raisers. Currently, I am a development officer for a higher education university. In my spare time, I produce a podcast focused on women in ag called Basically Famous. I enjoy speaking to groups across the state when time allows. I love turquoise, navajo pearls and sweet tea!
